We want to protect our planet, and we’re always innovating to make sure our engineered wood flooring is as sustainable as possible. Its beautiful top layer is made from real trees like oak, ash and walnut, sourced from sustainably managed forests. We’ve made this layer thinner, so we can produce the maximum amount of flooring from the minimum number of trees. As for the core of our planks, we use either waste wood or fast-growing trees, which can be replaced quickly. And don’t forget that we guarantee our engineered wood floors for life: because producing floors that last as long as possible is the most sustainable way forward.

The finishing touch is either seven layers of water-based lacquer, which protect against wear, scratches and stains, or two layers of oil, for an extra-matt, naturally authentic look that ages gracefully.

What’s more, our Wood for Life technology protects your lacquered engineered wood flooring from dirt, spills and scratches. Dust and moisture won’t settle into the grains and joints, and a simple cleaning kit is all that’s necessary for easy maintenance, so you can enjoy your floor’s authentic beauty for a lifetime, guaranteed.

Easy to install

Use a professional or fit your engineered wood floorboards yourself – either way it’s quick and easy, thanks to our user-friendly, click-together system. Choose a floating or a glued-down installation, prepare the sub-floor and gather a few essential tools. Our Uniclic and Uniclic Multifit systems ensure fully closed joints and perfectly aligned planks. When you’re done, add skirtings and profiles to match the colour of your beautiful new floor. Quick-Step parquet can even be used with underfloor heating, too.
